Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact biny2831@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video where relevant.

To be eligible, products must be complete, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition with their original packaging and included accessories. Products may be opened if these conditions are met.

We review requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please dispatch the parcel within 14 days of approval. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us before returning anything if an item is damaged, incorrect, or defective. Include your order number and clear photos or video so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Custom-made goods, hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, and activated digital software or services are final sale unless faulty or required otherwise by applicable law. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.

This policy does not limit rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.
