All eligible products include a 30-day limited commercial warranty against verified manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Selected smart devices may include a longer product-specific warranty; the applicable term is shown on the product page.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or damage caused by ignoring product instructions. Contact biny2831@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. We may offer repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

This commercial warranty does not limit any rights that apply to you under mandatory consumer law.
