Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 15 calendar days after delivery. Contact biny2831@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or video where relevant.

Products may be opened if they remain complete, clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition with their original packaging and included accessories. We review requests within 1–2 business days. Once approved, we provide return instructions and a prepaid return label; please dispatch the parcel within 14 days of approval.

Custom-made goods, hygiene-sensitive products that have been opened, and activated digital software or services are final sale unless faulty or required otherwise by applicable law.

For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, contact us before returning anything. After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original delivery timing and bank processing may vary.
