Processing and tracking

Eligible in-stock orders ship from Shenzhen, China with tracking. For destinations outside Southeast Asia, orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

Southeast Asia: free shipping

We offer free shipping with no minimum order value to Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.

For eligible in-stock orders to Southeast Asia, estimated delivery is 2–3 calendar days from order confirmation, including processing. The separate 1–2 business day processing window for other destinations does not apply to this estimate.

United States and Canada

Estimated delivery is 7–20 calendar days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier processing. Available destinations and delivery options are confirmed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the stated period, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a prompt refund.

Charges and order review

Shipping to Southeast Asia is free. For other destinations, availability, delivery options, and any applicable shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
